In a large skillet over medium to low heat, start by adding the water and bring it to a boil.

Add the liver we prepared earlier, the sautéed vegetables, the wheat flour, green onions to taste and mix everything very well until combined.

Add the mixture we prepared and spread it out evenly.
Cover the skillet and let everything fry for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, add the grated mozzarella cheese.
Cover the skillet again and let it all fry until the cheese is completely melted.
