Liver Omelet

In a large skillet over medium to low heat, start by adding the water and bring it to a boil.Add the beef liver and let it cook for 10 minutes.After this time has passed, drain all the water and transfer all the liver to a large bowl.Add enough water to cover it, the ice cubes and mix until the liver cools down.Next, remove all the liver from the water, cut it into smaller pieces and set aside.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.Add the onion chopped into small cubes, the grated carrot, the red bell pepper chopped into small cubes and sauté until wilted.In a large bowl, add the eggs, the salt, a pinch of black pepper, and mix everything very well.Add the liver we prepared earlier, the sautéed vegetables, the wheat flour, green onions to taste and mix everything very well until combined.Next, in a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.Add the mixture we prepared and spread it out evenly.Cover the skillet and let everything fry for 10 minutes.After this time has passed, add the grated mozzarella cheese.Cover the skillet again and let it all fry until the cheese is completely melted.Serve.

  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon of Wheat Flour
  • Green Onions to Taste
  • 100g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
