Caramel
Into a blender, add the bread rolls, the eggs, the milk at room temperature and the condensed milk.
Turn on the blender at full power, blend everything until smooth and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the sugar, and when it begins to melt, start stirring until it melts completely.
Add the water and keep stirring until it turns into caramel.
Next, transfer this caramel to a ring cake tin with a diameter of 20cm and spread it evenly.
Pour in all the pudding batter we prepared earlier and cover the pan with aluminum foil.
In a large pan over medium to low heat, add the hot water and place the cake tin with the batter in this pan.
Put on the lid and let everything cook for 35 minutes.
After this time has passed, the batter has already cooked through.
Remove the aluminum foil, put the tin it in the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
Then, flip it over onto a nice serving plate.
Serve.
