For the Jam
Cream
Start by chopping the strawberries and transferring them to a skillet.
Add the sugar and stir well over medium heat until all the strawberry juices have fully reduced.
After that, set aside.
Next, in a bowl, add another 250g of strawberries chopped into dices, the sugar and mix, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for an hour and a half.
In a saucepan, add the condensed milk, the milk powder and the corn starch, mix well then add the salt, the milk and mix again. Turn on the heat and stir until thickened.
After that, add the table cream and stir for another 3 minutes.
Transfer all the cream to a bowl and cover with a plastic bag, making sure it touches the cream.
Take to the fridge and let it chill.
After the indicated strawberry-sugar fridge time (1 hour and a half), transfer all the strawberry juices to a bowl by passing them through a sieve and set aside.
Once the cream is well chilled, mix it well.
Add all the jam we made and also add the strawberries.
Mix very well.
Serve.
