Into a bowl, add the granulated tapioca, the very hot milk, the sugar, mix well. Let it rest for 35 minutes.
Into another bowl, add the eggs and beat them well. After the 35 minutes, add the beaten eggs to the tapioca mixture, mix it all together.
Add the corn starch, the grated coconut and the oil, mix very well. Add the mozzarella, mix. Add the baking powder and mix.
Grease a ring cake pan with butter and pour in the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 45 to 60 minutes.
