Start by cutting two red onions in half and into thin strips.

Cut the tomatoes into slices and place them in the baking dish, covering all the onion strips.
In a medium bowl, add a generous drizzle of olive oil, the soy sauce, the salt, the brown sugar, the black pepper, the oregano, the dried rosemary, the crushed garlic cloves, mix everything very well and set aside.
Then, make shallow cuts on the surface of three chicken breasts and dip these chicken breasts in the sauce we prepared.
