Boil the eggs and cut them in half.
Arrange them into a baking dish. I’m using a 1.6L baking dish.
Now into a blender, add the table cream, the Brazilian cream cheese, the grated Parmesan cheese, the salt, the sweet paprika, the black pepper. Cut the boiled potatoes into round slices and add them too.
Turn on the blender to high spend and blend all the ingredients until combined.
If your blender is struggling, add ½ cup of milk to make it easier to blend.
Once you’ve done that, pour all this mixture over the eggs.
For garnishing, top it with 1 egg chopped into thin slices.
Top it all with the grated mozzarella cheese.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and let it bake for 25 minutes.
Serve.
