Start by brushing the sheet of puff pastry with the melted unsalted butter.
Add cinnamon powder all over it and roll it up into a cylindrical shape.
Next, cut it into about one-finger thick slices.
Transfer two thirds of these slices to a round baking pan with a diameter of 30cm and flatten these slices well with your hands, covering the entire bottom and sides of the pan then brush everything with the unsalted butter.
Place the rest of the pastry slices on a sheet of non-stick baking paper and cover with another sheet of puff pastry.
Now, roll it all out using a rolling pin until the slices are flattened and thin then set aside.
Next, cut the peeled apples into thin strips, removing the core.
Transfer everything to a large bowl, add the wheat flour, the sugar, the cinnamon powder and mix everything very well to combine.
Transfer these apples to the baking pan with the pastry and spread evenly.
Add the other pastry we rolled out and close well.
Finally, brush everything with a beaten egg.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
