Into a bowl, place the grated ham, shredded mozzarella cheese, oregano, and parsley to taste, mix it all together very well and set aside.
Into another bowl, add the eggs and beat them well. Add the salt, oil, and wheat flour, mix it all together very well again until it forms a dough.
Now, gradually add the milk, always mixing it to the dough.
After adding all the milk, add the baking powder and mix it well.
Then add parsley and chives to taste and mix it all together.
Into a glass baking dish greased with butter and flour, add 3 scoops of the egg mixture we’ve made, and evenly spread it along the bottom of the dish.
Then add all the ham and cheese filling.
Pour the rest of the egg mixture over the filling, spreading it evenly.
Top it with some grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 50 minutes.
