
Syrup
Into a blender, add the eggs, the oil, the orange juice and the sugar, blend very well. Transfer to a bowl and sift the wheat flour into this bowl. Using a whisk, mix it all together, add the baking powder and mix again.
Grease a cake tin with butter and flour, transfer the batter to this tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 to 60 minutes (do the toothpick test).
Into a pan, add the orange juice and the sugar, mix nonstop until slightly thickened.
Let it cool and pour this syrup over the cake.
