Bring a saucepan filled with water to a boil. Add the salt and the pasta, cook for 8 minutes.
After this indicated time, drain all the water from the pasta and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the eggs, half teaspoon of salt, one pinch of black pepper, mix well.
Add the cooked pasta, 50g of grated mozzarella cheese and mix well until incorporated.
After that, in a skillet, add the butter and stir until melted.
Add the pasta, cover the skillet and let it all cook for 5 minutes.
Using a plate, flip, add another 50g of grated mozzarella cheese and let it all fry for another 5 minutes.
Serve.
