Sauce
Start by tenderizing the chicken breast fillets; to do this, cover them with plastic wrap and pound them well with a meat mallet.
Then, transfer all these chicken fillets to a large piece of plastic wrap, making a bed.
Now, to make the filling, add the slices of ham, the pickled cucumbers cut into slices and the slices of mozzarella cheese.
Roll up this chicken into a cylindrical shape, wrapping it in plastic wrap and close the ends well.
Take it to the freezer and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
After this time has passed, remove it from the freezer, remove the plastic wrap and cut it into slices.
Then, pierce these chicken slices with a meat skewer.
Season them with salt and black pepper to taste.
Bread by first dipping them in the beaten egg then coating them in the breadcrumbs and transfer everything to a large baking tray.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the honey, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder and mix everything very well until combined.
Once the chicken roll skewers have baked through, serve them with the sauce we prepared.
