Mashed Potatoes
To Finish
Into a bowl, add the ground beef, the crushed garlic cloves, the diced onion, the wheat flour, the salt, the sweet paprika, the cumin powder, the black pepper, parsley and oil, mix it all together very well until combined.
Also add the egg to better bind this mixture and mix very well again.
Get a chunk of meat and shape it into a flatten meat ball, repeat this process until you've used up all the meat. Try to make equal-sized pieces, we've managed to make 8 pieces in total.
Transfer these pieces of meat to a baking sheet greased with a drizzle of oil. Now with your fingertips, press down on the center of the meat to make holes. Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C (446°F) for 30 to 40 minutes.
Boil 4 medium potatoes and mash them, season them with salt, black pepper, add the milk and the grated mozzarella cheese, mix very well until combined.
Get a portion of these mashed potatoes and shape it exactly like we've shaped the meat, but make smaller pieces. Repeat this process until you've made the same amount of meat balls or until you've used up all the mashed potatoes.
Place these potato balls on top of each piece of meat.
Mix hot water and tomato paste and pour this sauce all over it.
Add some more mozzarella cheese all over it and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes.
Serve.
