Chicken Drumsticks with Rice and Vegetables

  • 6 Chicken Drumsticks
  • 200g of Mixed Vegetables
  • 200g of Japanese Rice
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt

  • 150ml of Chicken Broth
  • 200g of Cooking Cream

Modo de Fazer

In the oven bag, add the chicken drumsticks, the mixed vegetables and spread well.

Add the Japanese rice, a drizzle of olive oil, the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the smoked paprika, the turmeric, the garlic powder and the Italian seasoning. 

Then, add the chicken broth, the cooking cream, pull the bag up and mix everything very well.

Seal the bag tightly and transfer it to a large baking tray 

Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
