Pasta
In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add 1 drizzle of vegetable oil, the beef chopped into strips and stir until the meat juices have fully evaporated.
Season with the salt, the sweet paprika, the oregano and the black pepper, stir until incorporated, cover the skillet and let it all fry for 5 minutes. After this indicated time, remove the meat from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the onion chopped into cubes, the bell pepper chopped into smaller pieces, the tomato chopped into cubes and the carrot also chopped into cubes, stir and let it all cook for 5 minutes.
In a jar, add the water, the soy sauce and the cornstarch, and mix until combined.
Transfer all the meat to the skillet, add the sauce we made, stir, cover the skillet and let it all cook for another 8 minutes.
To make the pasta, in a saucepan filled with boiling water, add the salt, the oil and the spaghetti pasta, cook the pasta for 7 minutes.
After this indicated time, drain all the water and transfer the pasta to the skillet with the meat. Finally, stir until incorporated.
Serve.
