Potatoes
In a skillet, start by adding 1 drizzle of olive oil and the onion chopped into small cubes, stir-fry until golden brown.
Add the minced garlic cloves and stir-fry well.
Add the beef strips, stir until all the juices have been released and until slightly golden brown.
After that, season with the salt, the black pepper, the Worcestershire sauce and the nutmeg, stir well.
Add the tomato sauce and stir again.
In a baking dish, add the previously boiled and mashed potatoes and season with salt to taste, one pinch of black pepper, the nutmeg and the table cream, mix all the ingredients very well. Once you’ve done that, spread the potatoes well in the bottom of the baking dish until flat.
Add 100g of shredded mozzarella cheese, the beef strips we cooked, and top it all with another 100g of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve.
