Strawberry Mousse
Dissolve the jellies (strawberry, grape and lemon) according to the instructions on the packages and take them to the fridge until firm. Cut them into cubes, transfer them to a glass dish and leave in the fridge.
In a blender, put the milk, the condensed milk, the table cream, blend until combined. Dissolve the unflavored colorless gelatin according to the instructions on the package, add to the blender and blend for another 2 minutes. Pour this mixture into the glass dish and take it to the fridge until firm.
In a blender, add the very hot water, the strawberry jelly and blend in high speed, add the table cream and blend for another 2 minutes. Let it cool down to prevent the other layer (that is already cold) from melting.
Once it has cooled down, pour this strawberry mousse into the glass dish.
Let it chill in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours or until firm.
