Into a bowl, add the wheat flour, the cornstarch, the rice flour, the sugar, the egg, pinch of salt, the vanilla powder, and the milk.
Mix it all together very well until combined.
Add the oil and mix it all again.
Now transfer batter to a piping bag and make a small hole in the tip.
After that, into a large skillet over low heat, shape this batter into random round lines, and let it all fry for 2 minutes.
After this indicated time, using a spatula, start rolling this fried batter in order to unstuck it from the skillet and form a cone.
