Start by peeling three large potatoes then cut them into strips, so they’re neither too thick nor too thin.
Once you've done that, set them aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the ketchup.
Add the potatoes we cut earlier and let them cook until they start to soften slightly.
Once that happens, remove the potatoes from the ketchup and set them aside.
Now, in a large bowl, add the eggs.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the onion powder, the garlic powder and mix everything very well.
Add the milk, the wheat flour and mix everything very well.
Next, dip the potatoes into this creamy batter.
Now, in a skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the cream-battered potatoes to it and let them fry until golden brown.
Serve with the dip of your choice.
