Pasta
Sauce
Start by cutting the chicken breast into strips then season with salt and black pepper. Mix very well.
Into a large skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and add the chicken strips. Stir chicken until it cooks through and slightly browns. After that, set aside.
Into a saucepan, add the water, a drizzle of olive oil, the salt, and the pasta. Let it cook for about 6 minutes or until al dente. After that, drain the water and set aside.
Next, into a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and the onion chopped into dices. Let them fry until brown, add the crushed garlic cloves and stir until golden brown.
Add the heavy cream, the milk, and the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix very well nonstop until it slightly thickens. Add the salt and black pepper, add the chicken strips we’ve prepared, and mix very well.
Add the pasta we’ve set aside and mix it all together very well again until all spices have been absorbed into the pasta.
Top it with some parsley to taste.
