Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and season with salt, mix very well so that the salt incorporates into the chicken.
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and evenly spread it all over the bottom. Set aside.
Into a bowl, add the eggs, the table cream, the milk and the spices. We've used oregano, black pepper and curry powder. Mix very well until combined.
Pour all this sauce over the chicken, spread well, add a drizzle of oilve oil all over it.
Chop the tomato into round slices and place these slices over the chicken and the sauce in the baking dish.
Chop some parsley and sprinkle all over it, to taste.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve.
