Start by peeling the bananas and grate them.
Transfer them to a bowl and add the eggs, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the oregano and the wheat flour, mix all the ingredients very well until combined.
Now, into a skillet over low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and pour in all the banana mixture, spread it out evenly, cover the skillet and let it cook for 5 minutes.
After this indicated time, flip the pancake and add the ham, the grated mozzarella cheese and some oregano to taste.
Cover the skillet again and let it all cook until the cheese melts.
