Start by cutting the puff pastry with a pastry cutter and use a large lid as a guide.
Then, remove the excess pastry, roll up the edges and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter, mix until completely melted and turn off the heat.
Add a drizzle of vegetable oil and mix well.
Then, add the pastry base we prepared, top it with the tomato sauce and spread it well.
Add the ham cut into round slices, covering the entire sauce, the cherry tomatoes also cut into round slices, the grated mozzarella cheese and oregano to taste.
Cover the skillet, turn on the heat, set it to low and let it all fry for 10 minutes.
