Start by chopping a large cabbage into about 2-finger thick slices. Set aside.
Now, into a bowl, add the chicken drumsticks, add the melted butter, the soy sauce, the tomato paste, the dried parsley, the salt and the sweet paprika, mix all the ingredients very well.
Then cover the bowl with some plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes.
After this indicated time, into a baking tray, add 1 drizzle of olive oil and using a brush, spread it out evenly.
Add 2 slices of the cabbage we’ve chopped and season them with salt, black pepper and 1 tablespoon of melted unsalted butter, spread well.
Then place the chicken drumsticks over each cabbage slice.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.
Serve.
