In a bowl, add the eggs, the cream cheese and mix well until combined.
Add the baking powder, mix gently.
Transfer the batter to an ovenproof dish and microwave it for 2 ½ minutes.
Remove the pancake from the dish and fill it with the ham, the cheese and oregano to taste.
Roll it up to the middle of the pancake, cut it and roll up the other half.
Put both roll ups in a sandwich maker and let them toast for 2 minutes.
Serve.

Can I freeze this befor I put it in the sandwich maker ? I’m thinking of preparing this for my kids so they just take it out of the freezer and finish cooking then as a snack after school.
