Into a saucepan, add the oil and the garlic cloves, stir until lightly brown. Add the rice and slightly stir so it doesn't get sticky, add the carrot, the cabbage and mix very well.
Add very hot water to fully cover the rice, add the salt, mix lightly and let it cook until the water dries up a little.
In another pan, place the sausage and the thin smoked sausage, slightly stir and let them fry on their own fat. While the sausages fry, add the chopped tomato into the rice, mix lightly and let it cook until the water dries up.
Add the chopped onion to the sausages and stir until lightly browned, add diced green peppers to taste and stir until slightly sautéed.
Turn off the heat of both pans and let the rice rest for 10 minutes.
Put the sausages over the rice, add parsley to taste and mix gently.
Serve.
