Carbonara

In a saucepan filled with boiling water, add the salt and the pasta, let it cook for 10 minutes.Next, drain all the water and set aside.In a bowl, add the eggs, the black pepper and one pinch of salt, mix all the ingredients very well.Transfer the pasta to another bowl, add the unsalted butter and mix very well until melted.Add the beaten eggs, the grated parmesan cheese, the fried bacon bits, and mix well until combined.Now, in a skillet, add another tablespoon of unsalted butter and stir until melted.Next, pour in all the pasta, cover the skillet and let it cook for 10 minutes.Finish with grated parmesan cheese and parsley to taste.Serve.

  • 100g of Fried Bacon Bits
  • +1 Tablespoon of Unsalted Butter
  • Parsley to Taste
