Start by cutting the chicken fillets in half and transfer them to a bowl.
Season them with the mustard, the salt, the garlic powder, the oregano and the black pepper, mix very well.
Into a bowl filled with wheat flour, bread the chicken fillets very well.
Into a skillet, add a drizzle of oil and the breaded chicken fillets, and let them fry for 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip them and fry on the other side until golden brown as well.
Once you’ve done that, pour in the beer and cover the skillet, let it all cook for 3 minutes.
After this indicated time, flip the chicken fillets and let them cook until the beer fully evaporates.
Top with parsley to taste.
