In a medium bowl, add the gnocchi and the olive oil.
Season with the salt, the sweet paprika, the curry, the garlic powder and mix everything very well until evenly combined.
Next, transfer everything to an Air Fryer basket, set it to 200° C (400° F) and let it all fry for 15 minutes.
Now, in another medium bowl, add the gnocchi and the olive oil.
Season with the grated Parmesan cheese, parsley to taste, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, mix and set aside.
Once the first batch has finished frying, remove it from the Air Fryer and set it aside.
Add the second batch to the Air Fryer, set it to 200° C (400° F) and let it all fry for 15 minutes.
Serve.
