Glaze
In a blender, place the chopped carrots, the eggs, the oil, the sugar and blend it all together for 5 minutes.
Add the sifted flour, the baking powder and the salt into a bowl and mix, add the batter and mix it all together very well.
Grease a cake tin with butter and flour, pour the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 50 to 60 minutes.
To make the glaze, put the water, the sugar, the chocolate powder and the butter in a pan, mix nonstop over medium heat. Once it starts to thicken, turn off the heat.
Remove the cake from the oven, pour the glaze and spread it evenly.
