
Start by inserting the toothpicks into the whole pork sausage.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the sausage with the toothpicks and let it fry for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove all the toothpicks and turn it over.
On top of the sausage add the slices of cheddar cheese, the buffalo mozzarella cheese, the slices of mozzarella cheese and the Parmesan cheese cut into cubes.
Cover the skillet and let everything fry until the cheeses have completely melted.
In another large skillet over medium to low heat, add the slices of smoked bacon and fry again until golden brown.
Add the slices of mortadella and fry again until golden brown.
Next, add the egg and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Repeat this process with 2 more eggs.
To assemble the sandwich, on half of the toasted bread add cream cheese to taste.
Add the lettuce leaves, the red onion slices, the sliced pickled cucumbers, the tomato slices, the mortadella we fried, the bacon, the sausage with the cheeses, the eggs and close it with the other half of the toasted bread.
Serve.
