Topping
Into a bowl, add the eggs, the sugar, the chocolate milk powder and mix very well. Add the flour, the hot water and the hot oil, mix. Add the baking powder and mix.
Grease a baking tin with butter and flour and pour the batter into this tin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 35 to 45 minutes.
Into a pan, add the condensed milk, the chocolate milk powder, the butter and stir nonstop over medium heat until it gains consistency.
Take the cake out of the oven, slice it and spread the topping.
Spread some chocolate sprinkles all over the cake, serve.
