Into a bowl, add the condensed milk, the corn starch and the melted unsalted butter or margarine at room temperature.
Mix all the ingredients very well and use your hands to knead them into a dough.
Once you’ve done that, on a cutting board, flatten the dough into a rectangular shape, about 26cm x 18cm.
Then cut the dough into 24 equal-sized pieces.
Round each piece into a ball and set aside.
Into another bowl, add the sugar and the rainbow sprinkles, mix well.
After that, get one of the balls and flatten it then coat it with sprinkles, shaping it into a cookie.
Repeat this process with all the cookies.
Transfer the cookies to a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
Serve.

Can you add flavor to this like cocoa, or cinnamon or make it churro instead on the outside? These are really good for gluten-free people making them right now. December 18th 2023.
