Sauce
Wash your ribs well, season well with salt, black pepper and dried minced garlic. Place the ribs in a cooling rack and cover the bottom of the oven with aluminum foil. After that, take it to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 to 40 minutes.
Take it out of the oven, wrap the ribs in 2 sheets of aluminum foil, take it back to the preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and let it bake for another 50 to 60 minutes.
While it's baking, make the sauce by placing the ketchup, the mustard, the soy sauce and the honey in a saucepan, turn the heat on medium and stir until slightly thickened.
Take the ribs out of the oven, unwrap and evenly spread the sauce all over the ribs. Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for another 15 minutes.
Serve.
