3 Latundan Bananas
150g of Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup of Sifted Wheat Flour
1 Tablespoon of Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Salt
200ml of Milk
Panko Flour for Breading
Start by cutting off the tips of the bananas and peel them completely.
Cut them in half and transfer to a saucepan filled with hot oil, fry them well until brown.
After that, drain them on a plate lined with paper towels.
Place one of the banana halves on a cutting board covered with plastic wrap then cover the banana with another piece of plastic wrap.
With another cutting board, mash the banana well.
Remove the plastic and place 2 mozzarella sticks at the center, fold the mashed banana, covering the cheese in its center.
Repeat this process with all the pieces of banana.
Now into a bowl, add the sifted wheat flour, the sugar, the salt, the egg and the milk, adding it gradually. Keep mixing all the ingredients until combined.
Then get the fried banana croquettes and dip them in the batter we made.
Next, coat them in panko flour to bread them well. Repeat this process with all the banana croquettes.
Fry them in hot oil until both sides have browned.
Drain them on a plate lined with paper towels.
