Start by placing the hot dog sausages inside the cannelloni pasta tubes.
Next, transfer them to a large pot of boiling water and let them cook for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, wrap each sausage with 1 slice of cooked ham, 1 slice of mozzarella cheese and 2 slices of smoked bacon.
In a medium bowl, add the tomato sauce and the cream cheese.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well until combined.
Add 3 tablespoons of this sauce to a medium baking dish and spread it out.
If you like, you can replace this sauce with another one you like better.
Next, add the hot dog sausages we prepared, the rest of the sauce and the grated Parmesan cheese.
Place in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve.
