In a bowl, start by putting the mint leaves and the sugar, beat very well with a hand blender until combined.
After beating, add the egg, the butter or margarine and beat again until combined.
Now, add the wheat flour and the baking powder, mix very well until it forms a dough.
Get a piece of dough and shape it by hand into a little ball. Transfer this ball to a baking sheet lined
with parchment paper or nonstick baking paper.
Repeat this process until you’ve used up all the dough
I've managed to make 20 balls of equal size.
Now take it to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and let it bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
