Start by cutting the piece of salmon into strips.
Then, roll each of these strips and secure them with a piece of string.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until melted.
Add a drizzle of vegetable oil and stir until combined.
Add the salmon rolls we prepared, let them fry until golden brown on both sides and remove them from the heat.
In the same skillet, add the onion cut into thin strips, the mushrooms cut into smaller pieces and sauté until lightly golden brown.
Add the yellow pepper cut into strips, season with the salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Next, add the spinach leaves and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Add the water, the whipping cream and mix until combined.
Add the fried salmon rolls and the lemon cut into slices.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve.
