Salmon Rolls with Spinach Leaves

Start by cutting the piece of salmon into strips.Then, roll each of these strips and secure them with a piece of string.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until melted.Add a drizzle of vegetable oil and stir until combined.Add the salmon rolls we prepared, let them fry until golden brown on both sides and remove them from the heat.In the same skillet, add the onion cut into thin strips, the mushrooms cut into smaller pieces and sauté until lightly golden brown.Add the yellow pepper cut into strips, season with the salt and a pinch of black pepper.Next, add the spinach leaves and sauté for another 2 minutes.Add the water, the whipping cream and mix until combined.Add the fried salmon rolls and the lemon cut into slices.Cover the skillet and let everything cook for another 10 minutes.Serve.

  • 1 Piece of Salmon (1kg)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 150g of Mushrooms
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 40g of Spinach Leaves
  • 100ml of Water
  • 100ml of Whipping Cream
  • 1 Lemon

Cover the skillet and let everything cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve.
