Start by adding the eggs to an ice cube tray.
Next, place it in the freezer until the eggs freeze into cubes.
In a skillet over medium to low heat, add enough oil to cover the bottom of the skillet and let it heat up.
Add the piece of pork meat and fry it until lightly golden brown on both sides.
Remove it from the heat, make a cut down the center of the meat and set it aside.
In a medium bowl, add the diced ham, the diced mozzarella cheese, the pitted olives sliced into rings and the peeled, pre-cooked potato cut into small cubes.
Season with the crushed garlic cloves, the salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix all the ingredients together very well.
After doing that, remove the eggs from the ice cube tray.
Stuff the meat we cut earlier with the mixture we prepared, add one of the frozen egg cubes we prepared, and continue adding the mixture and the egg cubes, alternating them.
Next, using toothpicks, close the meat by piercing it and use a piece of string to weave through the toothpicks.
Transfer the meat to a medium-sized baking tray and brush the entire piece of meat with the butter at room temperature.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and roast for 40 minutes.
Serve.
