Strawberry Milk Mousse

Into a blender, add the condensed milk, the table cream, the milk powder and the unflavored gelatin previously dissolved according to the instructions on the package. Blend for 2 minutes.Grease a cake tin with a drizzle of oil and transfer the milk cream we've just made. Cover this tin and leave in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.Dissolve the jelly powders in 250ml of cold water and 250ml of hot water and pour this jelly mixture into the tin once the cream layer has already hardened a bit.Cover again and leave in the fridge for 4 hours.Garnish to taste.

Ingredientes

  • 1 Can of Condensed Milk
  • 2 Packs of Table Cream
  • 1 ½ Cups of Milk Powder
  • 2 Packets of Unflavored Gelatin Powder (24g)

Jelly

  • 2 Packets of Strawberry Jelly Powder
  • 250ml of Hot Water
  • 250ml of Cold Water
  • For Garnishing: Strawberries
