Jelly
Into a blender, add the condensed milk, the table cream, the milk powder and the unflavored gelatin previously dissolved according to the instructions on the package. Blend for 2 minutes.
Grease a cake tin with a drizzle of oil and transfer the milk cream we've just made. Cover this tin and leave in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
Dissolve the jelly powders in 250ml of cold water and 250ml of hot water and pour this jelly mixture into the tin once the cream layer has already hardened a bit.
Cover again and leave in the fridge for 4 hours.
Garnish to taste.
