Chicken Shepherds Pie

Sauté the onion until translucent, add the garlic and sauté well until golden brown, add the tomato and stir until it dries up a bit, add the precooked chicken and mix. Add salt, paprika and oregano to taste, then mix it all together. Add the tomato sauce and mix. Set aside.In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the boiled and mashed potatoes, add the oregano and the salt, and mix well. Add the milk and stir well.Transfer half of these potatoes to a glass baking dish, spread well, cover them with all the chicken and spread well, finally, add the rest of the potatoes, and top it all with the cheese. Sprinkle oregano to taste.Take it to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) until cheese has fully melted.Serve.

  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil or Oil

  • 500g Cooked and Shredded Chicken
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sweet Paprika

  • 1 Packet of Tomato Sauce

Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter or Margarine
  • 1kg of Potatoes
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt
  • ½ Cup of Milk
  • Oregano to Taste
