For breading
Start by drying the pork loin steaks with 2 paper towels.
Remove the paper towels, cover the steaks with plastic wrap and using a meat mallet, pound them very well to tenderize.
In a small bowl, add the garlic powder, the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and mix.
Then put one teaspoon of this seasoning over each steak and spread.
Now flip the steaks, cover with plastic wrap, and pound them again with the meat mallet.
Place another teaspoon of the seasoning over each steak, spread and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the eggs and beat them very well.
In another bowl, add the wheat flour, the grated parmesan cheese and mix.
Now dip the steaks in the beaten eggs, next coat them in the flour and cheese mixture.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover its bottom and let it heat up.
Add the steaks and fry them on both sides until golden brown.
Next, remove them from the skillet and soak up the excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve.
