Rice
Start by poking small holes all over the pork loin.
Flip the meat over, repeat the same process on the other side and set it aside.
Next, cut off one of the sides of a five-liter water bottle, place the meat we set aside inside the bottle we cut and set it aside.
Now, in a container, add the soy sauce, the honey, the mustard seeds, the beer and mix all the ingredients together until combined.
Pour this sauce over the meat we prepared and placed in the bottle.
Cover it with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 12 hours.
After this time has passed, transfer the meat to a cutting board with the pieces of string.
Place an oven rack on top of the meat and tie the meat up.
Cut off the excess strings and set it aside.
Next, in a large baking tray, add the rice, the red bell pepper chopped into small cubes, the whipping cream and the chicken broth
Season with the salt, the black pepper and mix very well.
Take everything to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and roast for 1 hour, alongside the meat we prepared.
Serve.
