Crumbs
Into a bowl, add the eggs and beat them very well with a whisk until well combined, then add the sugar and whisk well again.
After that, add the butter or margarine at room temperature, add the milk powder, the salt and mix it all together very well again, set aside.
Into a container, add the warm milk, the envelope of dry yeast powder and mix very well, set aside for 3 minutes.
After this indicated time, transfer this mixture to the other mixture in the bowl and add some wheat flour. Mix it all together very well and keep gradually adding the flour until a dough is formed.
Now flour a table and knead the dough on it for 5 minutes, until smooth and uniform. Let the dough rest for 1 hour in a warm place with no wind.
To make the crumbs, start by adding ¼ cup of wheat flour into a large bowl, add ¼ cup of refined sugar, the butter or margarine and mix it all together into crumbs, set aside in the fridge.
Once the dough has risen, using a rolling pin, stretch it out on a table into a rectangular shape. Spread the diced guava paste all over the stretched dough then roll it up into a bread shape by hand.
Grease a loaf tin with butter and transfer the dough to it, brush a mixture of 1 egg yolk and ½ tablespoon of milk over the dough, add all the crumbs we've just made, add some guava paste dices on top and finally, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 to 60 minutes, or until baked through. Serve!
