Ganache
In a blender, put the condensed milk and the table cream, blend until combined. With the blender still on, gradually add the two packets of strawberry juice powder, blend for another minute after adding all the juice powder.
Pour it into a glass dish and let it chill in the fridge until it hardens a bit.
Break the chocolate bar into smaller pieces and microwave them in 30-second intervals until melted, add the table cream and mix until a ganache is formed.
Pour the ganache into the dish, over the strawberry layer, spread it out well.
Let it chill in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
Garnish with strawberries to taste.
