Preparing the Potatoes

Start by adding the unpeeled potatoes into a saucepan, add 1 liter of water as well, bring to medium heat and cook until al dente - not too firm and not too soft.
While the potatoes are boiling, add into a bowl the ground beef, the chopped onion, the garlic, the egg, the oregano, the sweet paprika, the white pepper, the salt, the oil and the wheat flour.
Now mix it all together very well until all ingredients combine, set aside.
Peel all the potatoes, put them in a bowl and let's season them.
Add the sweet paprika, the salt, the black pepper and the oregano, mix it all together very well until all this seasoning incorporates into the potatoes, set aside.
It's time to make the meatballs. Get a chunk of the meat we've just seasoned, flatten it in your hands, place 1 seasoned potato in the center of this meat, now put the tips of meat together, covering the potato, and round it into a meatball. Repeat this process until you've used up all the meat.
Into a baking sheet, add all the meatballs, the rest of the potatoes and the chopped bell pepper, to taste.
Finally, add all the sauce we've just made and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 45 to 60 minutes. The recipe is ready, you may enjoy it now!
