In a saucepan, add the condensed milk, the table cream, the unsalted butter, the milk powder, bring it all to a boil over low heat and mix until combined.
Add the white chocolate chopped into cubes and stir until the chocolate has fully melted.
Transfer all this cream to a bowl and cover with a plastic bag touching the cream.
Let it cool until it reaches room temperature.
In another bowl, add the very chilled heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks have been formed.
Once you’ve done that, pour the chocolate cream we prepared, already cooled, in the bowl filled with the heavy cream and beat with the electric mixer until combined.
Transfer all this mixture to a nice glass dish.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
Finish with white chocolate shavings to taste.
Serve.
