In a large baking dish, start by adding the chicken breasts.
Add the salt and spread it all over them.
Now, on top of each chicken breast, add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and spread it out well.
Next, add the grated mozzarella cheese,
Season with the Italian seasoning, the dried parsley and the garlic powder.
Add the slices of salami, the pitted black olives, the green pepper cut into thin strips and wrap the dish in aluminum foil.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and roast for 50 minutes.
Serve.
