Sauce
Start by cutting the pork ribs into small pieces.
In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the pieces of ribs we cut earlier.
Season them with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and stir until combined.
Let this meat fry on both sides until golden brown and set aside.
In another skillet over medium-low heat, add the butter and stir it until melted.
Add the grated garlic cloves and fry until slightly golden brown.
Next, add the ketchup, the white vinegar, the mustard, the soy sauce, the brown sugar and mix it up.
Now, on a sheet of aluminum foil, add the onions cut into slices and the fried pork ribs.
Using a brush, spread the sauce we made all over the ribs, covering them.
Fold the foil, transfer everything to a skillet over medium heat and let it all cook for 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, cut the foil in half.
Serve.
