In a bowl, add the unsalted butter, the sugar, the vanilla sugar, the oil and the egg, mix well until combined.
After that, add the almond flour and the baking powder, mix gently.
Finally, add the wheat flour and the salt, mix well.
Knead by hand until combined.
Now, get a piece of this dough and roll into a 1-finger thick log.
Using a dough cutter, cut into diagonal shaped pieces.
Repeat this process with all the dough and transfer all these pieces of dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or non-stick baking paper.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°C) and bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the milk chocolate and melt it in 30-second intervals either in the microwave or in a double boiler.
Add the crushed almonds and mix.
Once the biscuits have baked through, dip them in the chocolate sauce.
Use a fork to remove the excess sauce.
Take them to the fridge and leave until the chocolate hardens.
Serve.
