In a bowl, add the eggs and the sugar, mix well. Add the butter and mix again.
Add the milk and mix again.
Finally, add the wheat flour and the baking powder, mix until combined.
Cut the apples, remove the core, and cut them into cubes.
Transfer the apple cubes to the batter and mix well.
Once you’ve done that, grease a baking tray with oil and spread well. I’m using a 30cm x 20cm baking tray for this recipe.
Pour in the batter we prepared and spread it out.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the pie from the oven and finish by sprinkling refined sugar all over it.
Serve.
